So last night I was laying in bed and my legs felt like worms crawling all over them which I have had. Then it felt like a vibration from mid chest to my toes. I was actually vibrating inside. I jumped up cause it really freaked me out. Is this internal shaking???? OMG. Another thing to go through!!!!!!!!! Stop the maddness!!

Could it be Restless Legs Syndrome, RLS? Sorry to say it sounds like it. I've had it most of my life and would often describe it to MD's as you did,"worms". At rest or especially at bedtime, a gazillion steel-toed ants or tiny mini-Tasers run through the exact center of your legs and upward. There is an impulse to move your legs, and to jump up and out of bed. Once walking around it subsides; lie back down and it's baaaaaack. Mine has often tracked with hormonal shifts. Welcome to the Peri Club.....

I feel this on my face and in my head. It feels like a million crawling worms. My mom tells me its perimenopause and comes and goes. I can live with it but I suffer from SEVERE internal vibrating.
Some days it last for hours. Some nights I feel as if there is an earthquake going on in my upper back to mid back. I started months ago in my chest but Thank goodness its not there anymore. I thought I was having a stroke. I too have gone from doc to doc and test to test. Power Surge saved my sanity when I found all these other internal vibrators too.
