Hi,

Has anyone ever felt the feeling of raindrops and fluid throughout the body. One of the neurologist I went to thinks it's peri. But it's very annoying and if one has had success in getting rid of it, please tell me. I am seeing a chinese herblist for the last 4 weeks.

OMG I can't believe there is someone else who has felt this!!! I mentioned it to my husband and he looked at me like I was nuts. It literally feels like raindrops or water dripping on you. I get it on my head and sometimes I'm actually feeling my head thinking water dripped on it. I don't know what it is but I am finally glad to see that someone else has it and I'm not nuts. No one ever knew what I was talking about

Oh yes, I was very reluctant to write it on the message board, because I feel crazy writing this. I am 46 years old and this started 6 months ago. I have the exact same feeling in my head feeling like water is dripping down and sometimes it's drops and other times it dripping. Can you tell me about yourself. I had a brain MRI, Nerve Conduction Test and bloodwork and all is fine.

I couldn't believe it when I read your post! I went through a period when I was peri-menopausal where, every so often, it felt like I was being sprinkled on. I felt the sensation on my arms or legs or wherever. I would look at my husband and say "Did you just feel those rain drops?" and he would say "No." and I would drop it. One time in particular, we were sitting out in the sun at a resort in Cancun and I repeatedly had the sensation and it drove me crazy.

I am 55 now and I bet that was in my late forties. It might not be exactly what you're feeling. but close enough. I had actually forgotten about it until I read your post. So...hope it helps to hear that you're not alone!
