I am always so very sleepy. Working the 3rd doesn't help and most likely has contributed to this problem. Then all of what I do on my days off is SLEEP. What is up with this? Right now I could really go home and go to bed and sleep for a whole day.
Not that many years ago I could pull these mid shifts with no problem and now-just fatigue and more fatigue. I am in no way complaining for having a job-just this one is a sleeper(pun intended)
Time for a shift change maybe?
Take care,

Seneca,
I didn't work during the peri phase, and yet felt EXACTLY as you do. I could sleep all night, and STILL drag around all the next day. The fatigue is something some of us get hit by VERY hard.
I feel for you... and don't know how you manage to work while feeling that way! You're amazing!

Before peri hit me so hard, I could hit the floor running after only 5 hours of sleep and go non-stop all day long! I noticed just yesterday that after only 1 day of being out and about and around people, I can hardly function the next day.
I closed my business 7 months ago with plans on taking a month to rest. One month turned into 7 months and ya wanna know what I got accomplished in that time.....................almost NOTHING!! Well, I did go through some training in order to start a new profession, but when I wasn't doing that, I was doing NOTHING!! My house is a total wreck and guess what..........I almost don't care. I do care, but not enough to do anything about it.
I have learned that we really should listen to what our body is saying to us. This is a whole new time in our lives and it's ok for me to take care of me. Wow!! I can't believe I even said that!!
