Good morning,
I am having pressure in and around both ears, and a headache on the top of my head. The base of the head in the back too. I am sure it all stems from tmj, but it is quite annoying. My teeth, cheeks and eyebrows feel sensitive too. I dont' feel really congested, but am a bit. When my head feels this way, I feel a little nauseaus.( never know how to spell that).
Anyone else feeling this way? I remember being at the doctor's in the past (actually the same time of year) with the same things so I am not worried, just irritated. Just looking for some others who may feel the same. Misery loves company.
Thanks.

Yes, I have tried the neti pot and should again. I haven't gone for the Tylenol, I am medicine phobic and try to resist as long as possible .The thing that is most annoying lately is the on and off nausea. I can go all day feeling fine, exercising, eating well, working, etc then, boom, a wave of nausea hits and I just feel icky. It could be IBS, GERD or the TMJ. Who knows what anymore, it's just annoying.
I hope you are feeling well, and thanks for your reply.

BAck again. I think it's sinus related. Anyone having this right now? I am sneezing alot, the front of my face hurts and I am now congested. I have been getting headaches for a few days now, last night behind my ear and the top of my head a little. It hurts to lay on my ears. I can bet thought, there is no infection, just clogged. It seems to be all clear. Back to the neti pot and lots of tea.

Dear 'enough'
My Dentist gave me muscle relaxants for two weeks plus a mouthguard to wear at night when I was suffering this way.He pressed certain areas around my jaw and neck and said I was real tooth grinder.Stress I know.He was very understanding and then he said something very insightful, considering he is half my age.
"Elizabeth, things can make us more vunerable when we age but you have to try to let it go"He was right
Good Luck
Elizabeth
