Could RLS be a sign of peri too? Just wondering.. It seems I am suffering with the tingling and twitches and leg jerks at night mostly! Hormonal?

Thanks ladies!

I've had it all my life so for me I don't think it's hormonal. It has gotten worse over the years but I think it's more of an age thing... but I'm not sure. Mine is mostly at night also. In bed.. my husband thinks we have nightly earthquakes with the bed shaking all over! biggrin.gif I can't fall asleep until I quit being restless!

I twitch, too. Really freaked me out in the beginning but I went to the doctor for testing and they couldn't find anything.

My legs have really been bothering me this week. I think it could be peri. When I get ready for bed, they ache and I can't get them stretched out.
