Sorry everyone but my hormones must be up the creek today!!
I have been reading posts looking for words of comfort but I started to become really angry about Doctors in general.
Why did my doctor prescribe amitriptyline when I first presented with all my problems.
Why did she say this has nothing to do with premenopause because I am still having periods.
Why when she felt my stomach during a general examination did she say she felt I had fibroids * did the fibroids not give her a clue ???
Did my age not give her a clue.?

All this from a female doctor!!! What chance to you have?
Who should be going to see? a nutritionalist? Psychiatist?

Thank God for this web site!!

I have said it over and over again. If I hadn't found this site I would be in a mental instutue. I know that because I thought I was going crazy. Jazzy..I hope you find relief today. As for me I had 0 sleep. I thought I felt tired and I feel really good around 4:00 in the evening, so I thought sleeping would be ok. Boy was I wrong here I am knowing I will be wore out all day, because naps will not happen...I get to wound up. I still have these horrible headaches. The MRI shows nothing...NOW WHAT..If I did not have these headaches I would feel somewhat like human...
So Jazz I am glad you are here and Hope to be of help....

I have had terrible headaches too although not today. I just want to feel like myself again. If its not the headaches something else aches if something else doesn't ache I feel really tired. Leg weakness tinnitus etc!!
Ho hum ~ will I ever feel like myself again??
