As I have complained about before, I KNOW what to do, but have a hard time keeping it up! I do great for a couple weeks, and then I fall off.
I got a Wii Fit for Christmas and I've done it almost daily. I even have been getting up at 5AM to do 30 minutes of the step aerobics on the Wii. Hubby and I play tennis, box, and hula hoop in the evenings! It's so much fun! I took today off though because I have Wii elbow
Hubby offered to take me to dinner tonight, but that's always the killer for me... SOOO I went to the market and bought lots of chcken, fish, fruit and veggies. Hubby said "What? No pasta?? No ice cream?" LOL He is more overweight than I am, and takes meds for BP, and cholesterol so he is my motivation right now.
I just have to look at the daily picture, and not the big one.
We can do it!!
