Do you notice that your shaking or tingling only happens on one side of you body, or are both sides affected, and is it worse when you're tired? My left leg, thigh and calf seems to be more affected than my right . . . Has anyone else noticed that? I started compounded hormones, and a cal/mag supplement, but still notice all of the symptoms. Anyone have any suggestions? (Yes, it could be anxiety, because I don't notice it unless I'm thinking about it) But, I would still appreciate any thoughts you all might have.

Hi Judy,\
I am not sure if one side is affected more, I think mine is usually on both or my entire body seems to shake rattle and roll. this is quite unpleasant. It doen's happen all the time, but when it's back it is very annoying. I try magnesium but dont' know if there is a difference. Wish I was more hlepful.

Mine seems to be all over my body too. I have not found that anything helps. It comes and goes thank goodness!

I usually feel mine in my legs, the next place is my right hand then the back of my neck! When its really bad its all over. Its calmed down a lot of late, in the summer it was driving me to distraction.

I have noticed that it is worse this week than it has been for a while, but there is some stress and anxiety kicking around which seems to make it worse. I also take Magnesium - but not in huge doses, so I don't know if it really benefits the tingling in my case
