Ladies:

I have been going along dealing with my peri symptoms (anxiety, etc) and now, for the past week and a half I feel like I am approaching a cycle--back ache, uterus cramping, breast tenderness--but no cycle. I haven't had cramping since my last cycle, 10 months ago. IBS has set in as well.

Have any of you experienced this? Looking for some positive feedback and support. Hope to hear from you.

Last month I was spotting just about every other day...this month no period, no spotting, but occasional cramping as if my period is about to start. I even had the usually pimples that show up on the right side of my face before my period starts, but once again...nothing. I am wondering if I'm on the road to the 12 month count down to menopause. Only time will tell since I've been through this before only to end up starting after almost two months. BTW my ibs has also flared up.

Hi Bella. I am going thru pretty much the same thing you are at the present. I haven't had a real period since last February. A couple episodes of light spotting for a day here and there, but that's it. This past week, I had the migraine from H*ll (which was typical with my monthly periods) and I'm having crampy feelings and anxiety. Also the IBS symptoms. But no bleeding. Odd? Maybe. Normal? According to my doctor, yes. (I beg to differ with what she considers 'normal' mad.gif cause this doesn't FEEL normal!) It almost makes me WANT to start bleeding to get rid of these feelings!!!
Hope it helps knowing you aren't alone here!
HUGS!

P/S My Mom seems to think it all has to do with the stress of the holiday season. Hmmmmmmmm.............
