Hi ladies,
Do any of you experience the discomfort of tenderness on the nipple and areola area? I am having this sensation whenever I touched it and the two nipples get erected and tenderness can be felt on the areola area as well. Just want to know if this is sort of hormonal thing.

Hi Blessy......yes, I also get this. I do believe this is quite normal, not only in peri, but many women have this tenderness for years before peri .. peri, will definatley make that worse! With me, it's not only the nipple and areola, but my whole left breast gets sore.
