India is pretty much the foundation of global technology (software development and IT outsource services), especially concentrated in metropolitan areas like Mumbai and Chenai (sp?). We (US companies) are at risk with this kind of stuff going on right now in India. This kind of activity cannot escalate. It's that critical.
