Hi alot of us deal with the buzzing internal shaking. mine i don;t get that often but its in my upper tummy and feel like a motor running it doesn;t really bother me. and this usually happens when i am sleeping. Some say magnesium works for that. and remember your not alone in this internal shaking crap. I wish you the best. Terry

I get the internal shakes now too and i hate it.
I tend to get it at the same times of the day too. Normally around 10-11am and around 3-4pm and i feel weak and really tired, and i need to lie down. It scares me sometmes as it starts my anxiety off to. Its one of the worst symptoms i have...and i wish it would go away...lol

Was is it with these strange symptoms always flaring at these times of between 10-11am and again 3-4pm, is it something to do with cortisol/adrenaline surging to make up for low hormones or something??? I wish it would go away too, maybe in time it will only to be replaced by another more distressing symptom/s sad.gif

OH YEAH! I am very familiar with this one! I get this sort of buzzing bee feeling, but it's all over inside my body. Once and a while, I will get it in one specific place, say, my arm or leg, but mostly, it happens all over inside. (esp. around the chest and abdominal area). I can have this for two days straight, or sometimes, just for a few hours. However, this is a very strange feeling, and makes me very uneasy. It literally does feel as though there is some sort of "thing" buzzing inside you!

WHAT NEXT?..lol.. dry.gif (oh wait, have any of you had this in your head? I have!)

I've had this happen a few times, but it only happens when I've taken a nap, right when I wake up. I feel like I'm on a vibrating bed. Scared the willies out of me the first time it ever happened! I'm still alive, so I guess it's not terminal!
