Ever since I developed the internal shaking/jitters, I have had very loose stools in the morning. I am wondering if this points to a hormone imbalance. Has anybody else noticed this connection?

At one point I was having loose stools every morning as well.My morning coffee always made it worse.I think it is hormonal.GOD-bless

With me, I always get loose stools with anxiety, and I've always been that way. If I had to do something which made me nervous, like public speaking, I'd be running to the bathroom beforehand. I think the stress hormones, which are released when one is anxious, affect me like that. I'm not sure if I've experienced internal shaking, but it seems it would be related to anxiety, right?

Yes loose stools for like a month, now they are *normal* lol... I assumed anxiety was the culprit as well, but the hormones are doing something I am sure...

I've had loose stools for over 3 years now....sometimes I do get constipated in the afternoon time, and sometimes they are ALMOST normal....just not as firm and big as they should be!!

I found out I have some bad bacteria hanging around down there, also I have a lack of some of the crucial
good bacteria....

This all began when my periods were getting erratic and I started having hot spells, although I was also quite stressed.

I haven't had a period since Aug 07, but they are still not right. I am taking some high dose probiotics and a anti-fungal for the bad bacteria, but still after more than 2 months nothing has changed...YET!

I have no pain or discomfort though.
