Hi all

Just curious..I am 2 weeks post partial hysterectomyovaries intact... I have been having ups and downs but was starting to feel more myself until yesterday...started having abdominal and pelvic cramping especially behind the area of my incision...I haven't had any bleeding just a light pink discharge and no fever ...external incision has healed very well ...has anyone experienced this with their hysterectomy?

Hi Bren,
When I had my partial hyst. (like you) many moons ago, I was told to rest, rest, rest for about 6 weeks so what is inside heals. I couldn't do much of anything, and it drove me crazy just to sit around - and yet, it was worth it to have the healing process take it's course. Are you resting Bren? If not, maybe that's where the cramping feeling is coming from. Remember the incision on the outside is healed - but not yet on the inside. Just an thought. If it continues, maybe see the Dr. Best wishes.
