this is going to sound strange, but here it goes. It starts in my lower back, a weird feeling, then creeps up to my middle back and down my sides to my legs. I guess it's like the shaking thing, vibrating , tight feeling. Now, it's like my left side is in a muscle spasm. I keep running to the bathroom too. Maybe IBS, maybe a surge, it is strange. I wonder if my antibiotics are adding to it.

Anyone ever feel this way?

I have had the internal shaking/tremors/vibrating...I think most of my body has experienced it at one point or another. For me, it first was noticeable in my left leg. Then after it became bored there, it moved to other places...back, hands, arms, pelvic area blink.gif , neck, you name it has travelled the full scope. One time I thought my cell phone was ringing on vibrate. Much to my surprise I reached down to answer, no phone. My cell was in my purse. Hmmmm. Yep, thought I was losing my ever lovin mind. I've chocked all this up to peri, and there are plenty of posts regarding this phenomenon. As far as the back and moving into the legs, do you have a numbness, tingling feeling? I would mention these things to your doctor...just so he knows.

Take care and keep us posted.

It's not numbness, just vibrating. It seems to have gotten better since I wrote. thanks for answering. Feel well too.

Hey girl: You poor thing; you're being put through the ringer lately. I used to get the vibrating thing...funny, Bella, your comparison to a cell phone vibrating described it perfectly.

The days of the shakes are over, thank goodness, but when I did get them, they would always start in my torso somewhere and spread. I doubt your antibiotics are contributing, but ya know what: anything can cause anything. And ya know who told me that? My doctor!

Each day things change, the shaking is better these last few days, and of course, anxiety rolls in. I am taking .25 mg of xanax twice a day for now until I can get a grip and just relax my whole system. I think i just need to regroup. Some days, like the weekend were good, no anxiety at all. No drugs, just me dealing with sinuses, etc, but not to excess, then some days. whew!! can't get a grip. I never had PMS all those years so you know what, no one gets a free ride, i got away with it all those years, so now I am paying and I guess just not used to it. I really was lucky and ned to remind myself of that.

thanks and have a good day.

It seems my internal shaking comes during the evening- more so- I'm aware of it more is what I mean. To me it's like little nerve pulses all over, mostly my nose, eyes, and stomach. My heart beats more rapidly at that time- that I'm AWARE of, probably because I'm sitting watching tv. I've got the skippy beats, too.

Well, I'm going to the gyno- again- a new one this time for probably what will be my first surgery in my life- rectocele- yuck. I'm terrified!
