I am having some wierd episodes of dasha vu that only last for a few minutes and it is just maybe every few days. It is a freaky feeling. sometimes it is followed by a fuzzy, electric feeling that i have read does sometimes happen.
Does the dasha vu have anything to do menopause?

I think you mean 'deja vu' ...as in the feeling that you've already experienced what you are going thru. And yes, it happens to me all the time. More since meno? Hmmm...probably not...it's just something that has always happened to me. I've heard that it is a side effect of anxiety...if that helps...

The most logical explanation I have heard for deja vu is that our mind works a split second ahead of what is actually happening. In othe words, our sub-conscious mind sees what is happening just before our conscious mind actually experiences it. Kinda makes sense.

I've noted in past years that a deja vu feeling would happen right before my period. In the last couple of years I haven't really had them. Except last month - I had one of those deja vu moments when I had a period after not having one for 4 months.
