Hi ladies:

I sometimes stick on an estrogen patch (0.25mcg) during the week of my withdrawal bleeding (when I'm not on the pill) - I take the new matrix patch by Mylan - I was wondering if I could reduce the dose by cutting the patch in half or even a quarter. Has anyone tried this - or heard about this.

I have been cutting my Vivelle Dots in half and it seems to be doing fine for me. I just make sure I put the other half back in the foil pack and roll up the open end nice and tight.
