OMG! I just bought season six of Family Guy and it is soooo funny! Stewie is at his absolute best. My stomach hurts from laughing so hard. Anybody else a fan out there?

I forgot to mention that I have a giant stuffed stewie. I won him at a fair last year. I even met an elderly lady who was a fan of the show.

Took me a while to warm up to this show, but now I like it. Stewie is hilarious. And why doesn't anybody in that family think it's odd that 1) Brian the dog talks, 2) he dates human women, 3) he's the smartest one in the household. Bizarre!

I find that bizarre too. I'm trying to figure out why only Brian and strangers understand Stewie. I also wonder why he has a British accent.
Furthermore isn't it time Bonnie gave birth already. She's been pregnant for at least five seasons. It would be funny if they had an episode about Lois being perimenopausal. Could you just imagine Peter trying to deal with that?

I used to date a guy that looked exactly like Peter (oddly enough, my friend was rather handsome. He was a very sweet guy, it just didn't work out) and did a dead-on impression of him as well. He loved the show too. I asked him once whether the family could understand what Stewie was saying. He says yes, but I'm not entirely sure of that. With the exception of a few cases, most of their reactions to what he says could have easily been the same had he been crying or yelling or whatever.
Lois peri-menopausal. That would be a hoot. I'd be surprised if Peter would even had a clue what that meant...like most husbands heheheh.

Watching the shows on DVD is so much better than on TV, because a surprising amount of material gets cut by the networks. We just bought another season!

I was a little bit nervous when I was watching the one about Peter his father and the Pope. My devout Irish Catholic grandmother insisted on watching it with me. I thought ...Oh boy Nan's going to be offended. Well I was pleasantly surprised when she giggled right along with me! She got a kick out of Stewie but Chris is her favorite. I guess Nan watches either The Simpsons or Family Guy with my cousin. She knows all the chracters by name and I get a kick out of how she can always remember verbatim what they say to each other. Yep! you don't need a VCR when you have Nan!
