hi all,

you know, I was thinking about something here ...... I've noticed, at least for myself, that when you wake up after a nights sleep, the symptoms are always the worst ... or some other thing has popped out, or grown, or sprouted out, on your body ... this always happens to me DURING THE NIGHT! Does anyone else have this? I wonder why that is?
I was thinking it must have to do with the lack of movement, that perhaps, since we're not moving around the hormones have full sway with our bodies, and aren't being "used up" so to speak, doing other things that we do, when we're up and about.
I don't know, I was just wondering if anyone else noticed this. Now, during the day, yes, I'll notice certain things or symptoms just sort of start to happen .... but inevitably, when I get up, after a nights sleep, there is USUALLY something NEW AND DIFFERENT either ON me, or IN me, or some new pain, or whatever......and obviously, this took place then, overnight!

Also, does anyone else here get that full bladder feeling, during ovulation? I started with that AGAIN today, and I'm ovulating....I wonder if there's any connection.

thanks ladies!

mydarling,

I haven't posted much on the website, but have done a lot of reading, especially your posts, as I can relate to them. I do agree with the morning feelings, it is not my best part of the day. I always seem to fear what the day is going to bring. I have good and bad days.

Thanks for sharing

I have to lay in bed for at least 15 minutes and just breath and pray before I get up,if not I feel like my insides are going faster than my outsides, and I get sick to my stomach-not a good feeling! Hang in there my darling-we will make it.GOD-bless

Hi,

I've posted before about feeling worse after I had a really good night's sleep. I suffered from insomnia for at least a year but once in a while I'd sleep for a solid 4-6 hours and then wake up feeling awful. I never could figure this out except for the fact that a Doctor told me that hormones are very active at night. Anyone else have this problem?
