This is kinda embarassing.....when i got home from work tonight,i walked in the house feeling fine and thne about 10 minutes later i had this stabbing contraction-like pain in my vagina when i tried to walk....i sat down and it went away and when i stood up again,it came back.I sat back down and stayed there about 20 minutes and when i stood up again i was fine.It was very,very painful and i have had it happen a few times before in the past.Anyone else ever have this?(By the way,i am on my period right now but not cramping or anything).I don't know how to describe it other than contraction-like because it felt like my vagina tightened up the same as my stomach did when i was in labor with my kids.

Dear 'moonlight
Never had this particular experiexce except the feeling of ovarian contraction.However I believe anything is possible at this strange stage of our lives so try not to worry as am sure on of our Sisters will respond with having had the exact same symptom.
