Ladies, this is really driving me nuts! First, that "mole" thingy on the back of my upper left arm is still there, but it hasn't changed a bit...no itching, growing, bleeding etc...but, I just am so anxious over this, it's running my life, and like I said, I can't even get my foot in the door to see my dr. till Oct. 8th! So, until then, I can just imagine I'm going to loose what little mind i have left! Xanax, here i come!

But now, as if that wasn't good enough.....I seem to be developing a round red spot about an inch away from that mole.
UGH! It doesn't itch or whatever, it's just a red spot! (sort of light reddish)...and round. Now, naturally, I had to read on a dermatology site, (yes, I know I'm doing the FORBIDDEN google search for these symptoms!..lol:), that melanoma, CAN not only start suddenly from a mole that was never there before (like that original mole I was just talking about, that's fairly new),BUT AS WELL, CAN, seem to have other like "moles" start to pop up around the area! Well, that was all I needed to read. I freaked! My husb. looked at the red spot, and he feels it's just more red spots happening due to peri, I should be getting my period any day now. This last month has been bad as far as symptoms goes, first I discovered the mole mentioned above, and now this little red circular patch. It is flat, not raised, not course, or dry ... It feels just like my skin, but red. I can remember about maybe a year ago, or so, developing these little small red spots on my legs. That was weird, but that went away. Since then, I found out that was hormonal. I just now noticed as well, while sitting here typing, that I seem to have two small red spots on my right leg, by the knee! They are basically the same as the reddish spot that is now developing on the back of my upper arm, near that mole. WHAT THE HECK? None of them hurt or itch.

I wish I knew what causes these red spots......does anyone else here have this? I also noticed that my skin, especially on MY LEFT ARM (yes, the arm with the mole and new red spot) is also very sensitive, and the muscles on the upper arm tend to be achey, and sore. I hope once I get my period this all goes away!!!!!

thanks everyone! MyDarling
