Has anyone had vitamin B-12 deficiency, I feel so bad with the muscle aches that I almost can't believe all of this is menopausal the aches and tingling and numbness, could it be b12 or vitamin d? Has anyone eles entering menopause had these bad of aches I'm starting to lose it!

My legs hurt so bad sometimes!I have also had knots form in the muscles in my shoulders.I am a bit better now that I am taking the birth control pills.GOD-bless

Yes for two years now I have been battling every meno symptom possible including muscle aches and pain and ungodly anxiety. I am on HRT and estrogen supposedly at 82 so I'm gonna see what gyno suggests next. I have

Cari,

A simple blood test will determine if your B-12 levels are low. I believe that it's the same for Vitamin D levels. Your primary care doctor should be able to order these tests for you based on your symptoms.

I hope you feel better and get to the bottom of the reason for your aches and pains.
