I have what I think is a stomach flu. No appetite, diarrhea, gurgling stomach, fatigue. My mom was sick last week and I have felt lousy since Thursday night. Anyone else out there with this?

This sounds familiar. We usually have problems with this when school has been back in session for a couple months. You have been sick for a week? That sounds a little long for the stomach flu as I know it. We usually get sick, really sick but only for 24 hours. Have you called the doctor just to be sure?
I sure hope that you are feeling better. (((((((((((((((provo))))))))))))))

Thanks for your reply. I am well now. It took a week for me to get over all symptoms and my appetite came back on Tuesday , finally. Had to be a flu bug as pharmasist said stuff was going around and took awhile to get over. Went to the gym for the first time in a week and was really tired. No wonder, I had not really eaten much in 5 days. All seems well now.

Hi provo:
I am glad that you are feeling better. Lord what do we have to look forward to this year. I hate the stomach bug, lasting a week will really make me crazy.

I did not vomit but would have if I had eaten. Just extreme diarrhea for about 3-4 dyas at night and in the morning. Lightheaded and exhausted too. I am better now just still a little tires as I have not slept well. My appitite is coming back albeit slowly.

Hi Provababe,
I have had what you have described and I tell you it knocked me flat for 4 or 5 days. I did vomit and I had a lovely case of diarrhea as well.
Not nice but on the good side I got to sleep in the Queen sized bed by myself for a day or 2 lol.
I had the gurgling stomach and one night when I was better Hubby said I can hear a truck comming up the road I listened and couldnt hear it but then gurgle gurgle it was my stomach. Lol It made me laugh as it was really loud.
I hope you are all getting better and the flu has gone.
