I have not had swollen breasts , bloating, or any signs of a period, for 6 weeks now,I have had a partial histo and these are the only signs for me ,does this mean i'm in menopause? I have had muscle pains the entire month, I am 46 and was told i'm in peri, anyone who is knowledgable who could give me some indication of what is going on, the rages, muscle aches are really driving me crazy!!

Do you still have ovaries? If so you could still be producing some hormones, just not enough.are you taking anything?I hope you find relief.GOD-bless

Yes I have one ovary , the other was removed in Dec. which is when I started having strange symptoms.

It sure sounds like the beginning of menopause. Muscle aches and rages are very common. I started the transition into menopause at 46, so you aren't too young. I have been officially "post" now for 6 months and I am just shy of being 48.

Wow I did not think I could actually start this early, I had surgery in Dec. to remove an ovary with scar tissue on it, all my flu like symptoms started shortly after so it does make sense Iam starting progesterone cream so hopefully this will help my other hormones were consistant with peri do you think the pre cream will help?

I take a low dose BCP to help my symptoms, but lots of women find relief with prog. cream.Keep a journal and write down how you feel after using the cream. It really helps to remind yourself of how you are feeling. You very well could be going into menopause.I hope you find relief.GOD-bless
