I wonder if my kidney are working right, or maybe I’m just not drinking enough water?
I feel dehydrated at the same time bloated, like everything I drink my body retains?

Yet when I drink water it goes right through me, like it hits my throat and I have to pee!

Something going on >anyone have a suggestion?

I just feel BAD and maybe this is a new direction to look in!

Me too!! I have been to the doctor a million times, but tomorrow I have an appt with the urologist. I found some info online that talks about how you need estrogen for your pipes to run normally. Without estrogen the skin in there can lose it's muscle making you pee more. This has been going on and I know it is estrogen related because I was put on the pill and it went away for three months. I had some bad reactions from the pill so I went off, I was off three days and this pee problem came back. It hurts so bad that I am constantly clenching my stomach muscles there for I think my stomach fills up with air and I get so bloated and gassy. The past few days I have been experimenting with my flax seeds and when I take more it makes the pain go away. Flax seed being a natural form of estrogen. But the bad thing with the flax is that if I take too much I get diarhea. Sooooo I sure hope the doctor will put me on some estrogen.

Hello Snowmoon,

I used to be very good about drinking a lot of water, but have slacked off in recent months. I feel dehydrated often without any thirst and oh so bloated. I really should drink a lot more water, thanks for reminding me.

Sometimes I think I pee a normal amount and sometimes I notice I don't go, what I think, is be often enough. Then I remember I need to drink more water.

I have wondered about electrolytes too! I am very sure that contributes to not feeling well.

Also, I have spells of feeling very dry in my uppper digestive track (and lower.)

If your urine is especially concentrated (frequently) and/or there is an odor, this could indicate something with kidney function.

Hope you feel better.
