I am new here and no cycles for 2 yrs-I am trying a cream that says wild yam in it-its by natures sunshine vitamins. I used it this morning and got really cold and depressed right away and feel a nodule goiter i felt my thyroid swell. Tonight I feel itchy and internal shaking is this the right cream and how do you use it? I like to post my whole story on here but not sure where to do that. Someone help please. I have a long complicated story and need some help cause I feel I am on my own with this. One more thing what hormone causes constipation having a bad time with that and choselorol to. I have tried alot of HRT replacements always with bad side effects. Even compunded ones should I do a saliva test?Help please!

Spirit, I don't have any kind of experience with progesterone cream, but it sounds to me like you might be allergic to something that's in this one.

Maybe try another brand or check on the Power Surge Recommendations Page.  Dearest has provided all kinds of helpful suggestions there

Wild yam creams are not usually true progesterone creams - if you want to use a progesterone cream, try and choose one that contains little else, so as to minimise the risk of allergies.Flossie x
