Are there any perimenopausal women on this site who have had success with progesterone cream?

When I was using progesterone cream it had a calming effect on me, kind of a sleepiness. Hope that helps.

I have also taken sub-lingual progesterone along with bi-est as part of a bhrt regimen.

I an no longer on either but did want to let you know, that if you are thinking about using P cream, I have tried it with moderate succes for anxiety symptoms, meaning when my anxiety is not too bad.
