I have been in pain for months. I have a niggly little spot between my upper spine, and shoulder blade. It radiates sometimes to my neck, chest, and shoulder blade, I think I have a pinched nerve, due to an injury my soon-to-be-ex-hub gave me. I think meno has exaserbated it all. It goes down my arm, and makes my hand tingle. Pain killers don't touch it, muscle relaxers take away about 3/4ths of it. Hot showers take it away for a few hours, poor BF has been massaging like crazy. (not complaining about that rolleyes.gif ) I'm going to my doc this week, to see what I can do, I hate taking this bull-doody to work. I used to think it was anxiety related, but I started my HRT a week ago, and everything went away, but this @#$kin' PAIN. I also have osteo artheritis, which doesn't help matters much. My hips, too, bug me like crazy, and the backs of my legs. Especially the backs of my knees. Okay, I'm ranted out now~~~ laugh.gif rolleyes.gif

Hope this is reassurance tongue.gif

Hello, I have had the same thing except I have not had my period for over a year and started peri meno six years ago. Back in February the tingling/numbness started in my right foot. When I told the doctor about it she said try to sleep with a pillow under your leg at night. Then in a few months later I started to get the tingling in my stomach, breast, neck, face and head, it was scary. This is all on the right side. I also get it in my back between my shoulder blades. I went to the doctor again this week, this time a different doctor and he was a little baffled, he is sending me for an MRI next week and he had some blood work done for Lyme, B12 etc. I am nervouse but reading this sight makes me feel better.
