spice,

I had constant nausea about 3 years ago but it only lasted for a few weeks. I drank some peppermint tea...that seemed to help a bit. Mine didn't last though. I know others here have written about it and I sure hope you get more suggestions.

Hugs,

Dear Heart Spice,

Your posting described my life last year to a T --- it began last August....and I spiraled down and down and down until January. In February my life began to turn around....NOT perfect with the symptoms....but so much better than the first 6 months....

I got myself into counseling for the depression, began a true exercise routine (started small, made myself walk 20 minutes EVERY day)-- and now I actually look forward to the exercise! I kept coming to Power Surge day after day- and really went within myself for a long while. What I learned most importantly is to take each day, as a day....NOT as your life. I did what I could manage on any one given day...and if I actually had a good day, I did A LOT! Because I would tell myself that tomorrow might not be so good....so go with it.

The process is the worst.....I never imagined in my wildest dreams that peri and meno would be so tough. Come here often, I will wrap my arms around you and give you a big hug and let you tell your story and understand.

It will get better....I promise.....

Ahhh Spice, your going thru alot...at the same time. So sorry. The nausea feeling is terrible. That happens every so often with me. Peppermint tea is an excellent idea. Dearest also recommends a cup of hot water and a slice of lemon - that helps. Try and go with the wave of the moment - I promise it will get better.

hi Spice ....

yes, i have had the nausea too. I tend to get it on and off, but it can be bad! the ear thing i've had too.
It just seems that, like Jonesy said....it keeps getting worse, UNTIL it starts to get better, that is the same here. I still have a lot of symptoms, something new everyday... dry.gif , but the first year or so, was the worst!!!!! It seems the first year to year and a half bad, then, it sort of seems to almost "even out" ....

i know how it feels to have a number of symptoms hit all at once, so, hang in there, because that can be harrowing!

I thank God for this place, i've come here sometimes and posted,...thinking I probably had some deadly disease or whatever, and received lots of help and encouragement......so, make sure you stay right here!!!!!

BIG BIG HUGS!!!! Sincerely, mydarling
