As you all know this is a difficult time. Wow, that's shows a talent for understatement. But seriously, I have been able to slow myself and put myself into my wife's shoes. 'tis not easy, but possible because of what I have learned at this site.

good to hear that this board is helpful, jimmyj, and that it has enabled u to be more understanding of what your wife is going through. thank you for TRYING to understand. i have a DH who tries his hardest to understand, learn and help me and is a FANTASTIC husband. even for him, it gets really tough (and was especially true before i found treatment that helped to mellow me out!....some, but i still have my moments!).

keep hanging in there. for me, i don't know i would survive this without my DH and all his support!
