Hi menosisters I'm soo scare! Yesterday at work was fine when suddenly a flashing light started to botter on the very corner of my left eye and got more and more annoying but at the end of the day it turned worse, with a shower of spots and spider web ( look alike ). I was hoping today will be better but has not change at all, and at times sims to get worse. My left eyes is completly covered with all this c--p . I happened to have the same problem in my right eye but it wasn't this bad, but this time is the worse of the worse ever. I'm ready to give up in life and go to bed and way till I die, Sorry I'm soo desperate and if it wasn't for you ladies I just don't know what it could had happened by now. I feel very down.

I don't want to alarm you but I think you really should go and see you eye doctor immediately. It could be a migraine situation but it also could be something else. I've been experiencing flashing lights due to migraine situation as I did see my eye dr. immediately when this started happening. Call them asap please and get checked to be on the safe side.

Occular migraines tend to last less than 30 minutes (I have them). Kar has given you good advice--you should probably check with a doctor. Is there some sort of nurse hotline you can call? Hope all is well. Take care.

I agree with Karen, you really should see an eye specialist as soon as possible.
Of course this may not apply to you but these can be symptoms of a retina problem.
