Hello All... I know I have posted before about my skin crawling and having the itches...Can anyone advise me on anything I can take naturally to help with those symptoms... I am using a hydrocortizone cream right now for the itching and the dryness but it doesn't seem to be helping with the crawlies.. For all of you with the great responses on the other topics I want to thank you for I visit this site daily and all of you have been so helpful... Thank you all again for such a great site and any advice to me with my crawlies would be so appreciated.. Thanks

I have had this problem too. I take a benadryl at night for it-- it is the only thing that helps me. I will tell you that is does get better!

I do have this problem, but it's mostly during the day. I tend to itch and feel little "bites" throughout the entire day. I wiggle in my seat at meetings, I scratch, I rub, I fell like a horse rubbing up against a fence post.
I don't take anything "for it," necessarily. It's not a constant thing so mostly I just deal with it. I do use expensive lotions that tend to keep down the dryness. There is one in particular that is really good called, "Gold Bond Ultimate Healing with Vitamin E and Aloe." It seems to help me where the dryness is concerned. The itching and biting...I think that's just a menopause thing. I cannot take Benadryl at work, and rarely take it at night unless the itching is bad.
Hope this helps.

Have you tried any suppliments like flax seed oil or vitamin E? These are supposed to make our skin supple. Just a thought. Also supposed to make our arteries more flexable too.
Just my 2 cents , take what ya like and leave the rest.
