thank you all for responding to the glaucoma question. as i said i dont actually have it but have the risk factor due to the cupped optic nerve, and i will be going every three months to be checked. next appt is mid july. the dr did not put me on any med because he said that he would just be treating a disease that doesnt yet exist and may not develop. i know glaucoma is insidious and i feel blessed that i found out about being a suspect before the disease starts, since if it is detected it will be found very early due to frequent follow up visits for it.
