what is this numb feeling on my right side of my face and lips from. I feel like I am drunk and cant think very well. I am also very very tired most of the time I think I could stay in bed all day. Lindymac

Have you had this before.I got this,but on the left side of my face.I always got it right before my period,or when I was getting ready to have a migraine.Migraines can cause facial numbness,tiredness,thought problems,upset stomach etc.However if you do not feel better after a day,call your dr.Get better!--GODbless

Yes I have gotten it before but i thought it was my sugar dropping but it was fine. I do get migraines sometimes. it does seem to happen around my period, and when i am ovulating. i thought it might be from that. but latley i have had my period just a little over every two weeks. which *****, i have read some people here get it and i was wondering what causes it. thank you for you response. and God Bless you too. Wow, it is amazing. I have been having all these symptoms and every time I come on here someone else is having same problems. I am having the same facial tingling (not really numb), paresthesia type feeling. I get it on both sides of my face at different times. I don't know what it is from. Is it allergies, vitamin def., hormones? I don't know. But I hate these things. You are not alone. Had it yesterday and today in fact. sometimes it disappears for weeks then comes back. My left leg has that feeling also lately, feels like goosebumps all over the leg and into the buttock.

I experienced the facial numbness about 10 years ago. It was scary, and I ended up in ER. I saw a neurologist who said that the muscle tension in my back and shoulders had radiated to my head. I was going through a stressful period in my life, and this is where I carry my stress. After four weeks of physical therapy and some low-dose muscle relaxers, I felt fine. Are your muscles tense?

yes i have tense mussels in my back. but it is still scary, feel maybe allergies of maybe drank to much then i get nervous then i drink more, stupid i now, feel drugged all the time and soooooo tired. lindy
