i've been looking for anyone on this board who has used tibolone (also marketed in india as tibofem). the last i checked, it wasn't approved by the FDA for use in the USA but has been widely used in the UK for years. it is a synthetic steroid that mimics estrogen/progest/testos so my doc tells me that it techincally isn't a synthetic hormone (her sales pitch )
