while I am all for looking good especially during this time, and pro the natural look---that really needs help,as I am trying to diet.Looking into what ingredients that make up many cosmetics will make you cringe. This is especially true for fake nails---do we really want this stuff on our bodies,or in our bodies.WE should really check the "make-up" of our makeup, and then decide if we really feel that adds to our beauty.

You are probably right!! A couple of centuries ago women used lead powder to look good, and slowly poisoned themselves to death. The price women will pay for vanity is amazing! And I would be one of them.

After watching the 'Bare Minerals' infomercial about a million times, I finally bit the bullet and bought some. I really like it. Liquid foundation just felt yukky on my skin. This stuff is so light and airy and it's easy to apply.

Burts Bee's has a whole line of organic cosmetics...my daughter uses them..

I know I preach Arbonne often on these forums, so here I go again. All the cosmetics are botanically based, with no mineral oil, petroleum, rendered fat, lanolin, alcohol etc. No animal bi-products or animal testing either!

I went with the mineral foundation from Arbonne and agree floater it is very light. Burt's Bee products are awesome too, you can find a wide selection on their site.
