Hello

I'm taking 1 baby aspirin per day and using 1 tsp. of cod liver oil (high quality oil) daily. I notice that I bleed quite a bit when I get a cut.
Could I be thining my blook too much? Dr. wanted me to take baby aspirin but she idn't know anything about the cod liver oil. I do know it is a
blood thinner and you have to stop taking it if you are anticipating surgery. Anyone have any input on this?

Thanks,

I think this could be true. At one time I was taking fish oil and also in addition started mixing some ground flax seed in my yogurt. One day I found I had spontaneous bruising all over the backs of my legs. It totally freaked me out....of course I thought I had some dreadful disease... but soon to find out that too many supplements that thin the blood can cause this. I eliminated flax seed and this has never happened again.
