My GYN said not to take more than 200 IUs of E a day because it is a fat soluable, not water soluable, vitamin. If your body does not use the E, it stores it in the fat cells. So maybe you are taking too much. Vitamin K is also another fa soluable vitamin.
If you take mega doses of other water soluable vitamins, the body just excretes out what it doesn't need.
YEP! i realized after i posted that that i should have said how much i was taking to feel so good

i was taking more than 200 becuz it helped so much. when i looked at my meno-soy powder that i use as well as my multi-vit i am getting enough "e" between the two of them, so the extra i was taking was what made me look and feel like a cow fattened for slaughter!
