Hey Slowbear,
Let me know how you make out with this! I actually said that to myself in December when I was on the fence about taking AD's for the blues and pervasive ansiety and instead after a lot of research decided to try alternative methods to cope. I actually have days where my exercise, therapy, and ATTITUDE does work! On the days when the uglies creep their way back in, no m atter how much self talk I do, I now acknowledge that "it is a bad DAY, (NOT A BAD LIFE)and instead of freaking out (my past routine) I just try my best to ride it out. Sometimes that means just staying put in my house, and sometimes that means forcing myself out-- what ever I can manage.
This experience has been the wildest roller coaster ride of my life- compleTely unexpected- Brava lady! Keep fighting the fight! There are way too many women living good lives past meno to give up hope that we too cannot join their ranks!
Have a great weekend,
Jonesy
