I'm on a compounded progesterone cream but it's synthetic. I'd like to switch to a natural one but I don't know of a brand name that's reliable and available in Australia. If you order on line, how do you know it's the real deal? If you're on natural progesterone, could you please let me know the brand name and where you get it from?

Hi Gabrielle, I use prometrium capsule and they are natural. They are working out for me. I am also on the vivella patch for estorgen. its helping but I still feel a little blue sometimes. also on Paxil 20mg.
