Hello Ladies,

Anyone suffering from this issue before? I do have low Testostorone... Is it low estrogen or low testostorone causing it? Painful higher up in the uterus. Due to a low sex drive I only have sex twice a month , now this!!! I hate Peri with a passion Thanks for your help!

This can be related to issues with the pelvic floor muscles.

You might google "Pelvic Floor Dysfunction," and get more info. I too have this problem - it's a drag...

I don't know if this is relevant - I started getting pain on orgasm in peri, but in one of the muscles on the right side of the vagina. I don't know if I strained it or anything - is it possible to do that? Anyway, it lasted for a few months and then got better. I also wondered if it was in an area of tissue that tore when I had my son twenty or so years previously. However it's fine now.
