Hi Ladies,

I live in a rather hot climate with a lot of humidity and am having to wear sanitary protection most of the time. My problem is, I am not particularly overweight as such but do have flabbiness on my inner thigh area and I find that I get very irritated in this region in the heat with sweat. Does anyone else have this type of problem, if so do you have any advice on any over the counter products that help with the stickiness and soreness. It is not like nappy rash, just irritation because it gets very sweaty and wet and I have to wash the area all the time to alleviate the irritation.

Thanks for any advice.

Perhaps baby powder?
Or any product used for nappy rash, so that it doesn't develop into that?
A thick moisturizer at night?
Hope someone comes up with better advice!
Good luck!

Monistat makes an anti-chafing powder-gel specifically for this problem, called Soothing Care. I got a free sample of it some time back. It's a silicone-based gel that dries to a lasting powdery finish. Funnily enough, it also doubles as a makeup primer for your face! Makes your eyeshadow last all day long smile.gif
