Hi my pals,
I was wondering.......those of you who have experienced visual disturbances know how creepy they are. Could you tell me, has anyone had a visual disturbance as symptom of a hot flash?

PS Those gals who know me. I had my gall bladder out a couple of weeks ago. I was kind of hoping the little sucker weighed about 5 kilograms.......but nooooooo the scales haven't tipped that much!

I don't know what you mean by visual disturbance, but i had a really weird feeling in my eyes before like a warmth feeling where i seen fuzzy, and felt like i was gonna black out. Then i got hot and face red and blotchy.

Great to hear from you. The visual stuff I'm talking about is like a kaleidescope pattern shimmering in the eye, like a continuous flash that lasts for a few minutes. It's common for people who suffer from migraines. I'm just trying to understand hot flashes and whether what I'm experiencing is in fact a hot flash or I'm just going nuts!
