Ive been facing 3 colds in less than 3 month, but this time i don't think it is cold. Started this way: last tuesday night i had a suddenly ichienees in my throat, and next day till today i have like asthma, or allergy ( no snezzing ) But relizing white mucus, from my nose, but when i cough nothing comes out and it is does it is just a little big. But the weird thing is that when i cough, i feel it is coming from my stomack mouth, and this make me feel soo INSANE and i been having a lot of gases rumbling and i connecting all this togheter. Can't cope with another meno junk. Please help.

I often thought menopause messes with our immune system, I had a sore throat last summer that lasted 4 weeks.
I still get sore throats often, most last a day.
My allergies are 100x worse, which flares up my sinus problems! Lets hope all this settle down some day!
