I think it matter where they are located and if they have a 'stalk'..some of them float around and create havoc. Try a heating pad, and some hot baths. Be careful with the advil...make sure you take it with food or you'll end with with GI bleeding...
If the cyst doesn't resolve itself within 3 cycles, you might want to check back with your doctor...
Thanks RR. Not sure what you mean by "float around." They aren't attached to the ovary or something? No, I didn't take the advil on an empty stomach. Since I haven't had a period for a while (and I've had two ablations) I am stumped by this. Ended up taking tylenol in the middle of the night last night, the pain was so bad. I'm so DONE with this!
