I have a history of various "normal" cysts on my ovaries, which to date have resolved on their own. I just had a yearly ultrasound and the doctor said that my left ovary is enlarged and has 3 cysts on it as well. She wants to wait 3 months to see if it resolves. I have never had an enlarged ovary that I know of. Has anyone else? Can you shed any light on this? I worry about ovaian cancer (do we all?) and yet don't want to stress on something that could be normal. Any insights? Thanks much! Kathleent

Hi I am not a doctor, but if your doctor is comfortable with waiting three months, i would not worry. With all the litigation these days ..I doubt she would take a chance if she was worried. i had a dermoid cyst they saw on a ct scan, we watched it for a year and it grew and caused pain so I had everthing OUT...Yes i said I am done with this! total hyterectomy and I feel better than before. I take a little bio-identical cream and i have less hot flashes than I did when i had all of my equitment! Breath deep and relax........Onika
