Hi there ladies,To begin, I had a partial in 1992, that was GREAT..  No periods, still had the regular every 28 days PMS cycle.  Now 23 days ago(12/17/02)  I had a BSO, due to cyst on the left ovary.  Everything inside was bound up by adhesions, Doc put me on Premarin.. didn't work.  Now I am on Estratest.  (2nd day)  I am on the roller coaster from hell.  Still having a hard time getting around.   At 36 yrs old I am feeling 75.  When does it get better?  Feeling very alone.    Anyone out there with experience, strength, or hope in this area?It is wonderful to have a place to come to.smile.gif

MzMoody (I like that name!)-Please be patient with yourself. You have just gone through a major hormonal change. I had a complete hysterectomy at age 37. I was not prepared for all the changes it brought. That being said, I did learn to cope but it took a little while. So give yourself some time, you WILL feel like yourself again, although it may not be today or tomorrow. It may take some adjusting to your hrt; it WILL take you listening to your body and taking good care of yourself, something we as women sometimes put last on our list. Take care, though, and know there are others who have faced similar ordeals and have come out stronger on the other side! smile.gif

Lynchmob,  I wanted to Thank You for your reply.  It sure helps to know that there are others out there.  I do have a very supportive boyfriend who say's, "No matter what.. I love you."    I am trying really hard to listen to my body, but...  right now it doesn't seem to be making any sense to me..  LOL Thanks again.
