Okay ladies,
I would really appreciate an update on Amberen. So anyone out there who is using it please make a comment.

P.s no I have not started my box. It's sitting in front of me. At the moment I am the lowest point possible and am totally confused what to do. I have a gyno appointment next week. I need help since I can't imagine going another month like this. I have been taking some adrenal supplements an hormone balancers for a week and do not feel better. I don't sleep with out my pills and last night I had to double the dose. My mood swings and fatigue are horrid and my self esteem no longer is with me.At the moment I can't bear to go to work and have shut out friends and family. Considering I am 34 I can't imagine going several years like this. Tough choices to make I feel but I need to do something drastic like bhrt or Amberen. I think this is going to take time since I took tests in England and the doctor here in Sweden will probably want to retest me

Hi Nunni,

I just started my third month on Amberen and I can honestly tell you that I have not felt this hormonally balanced in at least 5 years. I have tried almost everything there is to try, with the exception of HRT and that was going to be my next step if the Amberen did not work.

What else can I say, I am very pleased with Amberen and I will continue to use it as long as it is helping me to function.

I have also been on Amberen for almost 2 months now. I am doing much better than I have in a long time. I know that feeling of not being able to go to work, shutting out friends, panic, anxiety,depression and all of the other symptoms on a list that goes on and on! So far Amberen has relieved about 80% of my symptoms. I was leery to try it as well. But like Bev, I have tried just about everything except BHRT and this was my last resort before going that route. I have a lot more energy, enough to get me to the gym<<<< which is another thing that makes me feel better. I have not exercised in a long time! So I would say that it is working for me.
