I started having night and day sweats, hot flashes, power surges, whatever you want to call them back in August . Sometimes 3-4 an hour all day and night every single day. I don't get hot...I SWEAT!!!! So, come on ladies. Who can out-do me?

i started hot flashing back in 1999... i've been mostly hot ever since... altho, the night sweats are not as bad as they were around 2004-5... the day sweats have been worse lately, but it's summer here as well which does not help! i can sit in front of an air con set to 22C and still sweat....

I either flash for a few minutes and get hotter and hotter and hotter, or I get one long huge feeling of being hot for up to 5-6 hours. Then I freeze with chills. I just can't win.
