I have been on bi-est 3mg, progesterone 75mg, and testerone 6mg transdermally, they are compounded together. For the last2-3 weeks every evening about the same time I start to feel the start of a headache between my eyes. Since they happen every evening I am beginning to think its one of the hormones lowering, but don't know which one.

Any thoughts?

hey Kare!

I don't know if I can be of much help....but the only time I ever had trouble with headaches was just before my period would start....which means what?? haha!!! Progesterone would be lower, where would the E be? I am taking my BHRT differently that you, they are separate...estrogel and prometrium so if I got headaches I could adjust them and experiment a little. No headaches yet though.

I hope one of our more hormonally educated ladies will answer for you!!

Low estrogen causes migraines. Progesterone at any level also causes migraines in many women. I never took testosterone, so can't say about that one. I think it is wiser to go with just estrogen until you find the right level to stop the headaches, and add these other hormones one at a time later.
